When Employees Become Storytellers
The SugarFree Film team produced this project as an employer branding film, with the goal of building an emotional and honest image of the employer. Together with LUCKYYOU agency and the client’s team, we developed a concept rooted in authenticity and the genuine engagement of LPP’s people. After months of preparation and research came two intense shoot days, in which the employees themselves became co-authors of the story. They talked about their work with passion, humour and no scripted lines. Their naturalness set the tone for the entire film.
The LPP employer branding production shows that the best stories come from real emotions and real relationships. Bringing together creative crews from Warsaw and Gdańsk allowed us to create a film with broad reach, while shooting in real locations added a sense of closeness and authenticity. The film became not just an image piece, but a tool that attracts talent and builds positive associations with the LPP brand.
